Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at MewsMarket.shop@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, CaptainCollect.shop is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• If tracking shows the package is in transit, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier and file a claim.
• We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
